Ask for the builder’s warranty information and handover documents. NSW statutory warranties generally run for six years for major defects and two years for other defects, from completion.

Yes. Own A Home Now focuses exclusively on brand-new homes: house and land packages, homes under construction and completed homes.
Where can I see the full property listing?
Every home has its own property page here, with the listing photos in order, the full description and available property features. Open “View property” to explore a home and enquire directly with Marty.
What does turnkey mean?
Our full turnkey offering brings together the finishing touches: fencing, turf, landscaping, blinds, light fittings, letterbox, clothesline, roof TV aerial and solar. Confirm the full inclusions schedule for your chosen property. A home under construction is completed before handover under its agreed contract.
Can I buy as an investor?
Yes. Tell Marty your preferred location and property type. You can request property information and any available rental appraisal to assess with your own advisers.
How do I arrange an inspection?
