What to compare before choosing your package.
The block and home together.
Check the lot address, land area, orientation, access and proposed floorplan. Compare living areas, bedrooms, storage, garage space and outdoor entertaining. Ask how the design sits on the particular block, rather than comparing a display image alone.
The complete written price.
Request a written price and inclusions schedule for the specific package. Ask what is allowed for site works, service connections and finishing touches, and what is excluded. Have the contract arrangements and any permitted variations explained by your advisers.
The actual timeline.
Ask about land readiness, approvals, anticipated construction start and expected completion. Confirm the latest position before arranging finance, selling another home or planning your move. A proposed start date is not a guaranteed handover date.
What does turnkey include?
Our turnkey offering includes finishing touches such as fencing, turf, landscaping, blinds, floor coverings and light fittings. Ask for the property-specific schedule covering the driveway, air conditioning, solar, appliances and other features. The written inclusions for your chosen home are what matter; furniture and styling in photographs are not automatically included.
